Deliveries

The delivery method is at our discretion and will depend on location, size of order, and also whether any of the goods are deemed hazardous. Small, domestic (UK) orders are typically despatched by post or courier and should arrive within 3 or 4 working days. Larger orders, overseas orders or where stock is not held, may take longer.

Cancellation and Amendments

Any request to cancel or amend an order should be made promptly. Requests are accepted at our discretion and we reserve the right to charge for our costs in amending or cancelling an order.

Returns

No goods can be accepted for return except by prior agreement with us.
